Mentorship aims to help professionals who have lost their jobs as a result of unemployment to learn more quickly about changes in the job market and to plan their careers more effectively with the help of mentors, and in this way to help members reduce the mental stress caused by unemployment and to maintain or improve information and motivation for re-employment. The Association helps our members mainly through the following ways:

1. Help members and mentors establish a one-on-one partnership to receive guidance on career planning and development.
2. Learn more about industry requirements faster through professional seminars, work groups, etc.
3. Mentors help members prepare their resumes in a more focused manner and share interview tips with them.
